When updating, why doesn't Quicken update cents for current balance for my Fidelity credit card?

When I update, Quicken compares the current Fidelity card balance to my Quicken balance to reconcile. However, Q isn't importing the cents portion of my acct balance for some reason which throws the reconciliation off. No other credit card update does this. How can I fix this?

    This problem has existed since the middle of December. There are a lot of posts about it.

    You might want to read this thread which identifies one way many have resolved the issue: Fidelity Rewards VISA. It involves deactivating the account in Quicken and then doing Add Account or Set Up Now for Elan Financial Services and linking that to the Fidelity Rewards Visa account already set up in Quicken.
