What happened to the option "If payee contains..." in the renaming rules??

I have lots of transactions that download with different transaction numbers and need the renaming rule to be broader than the name of one trasaction.

    You have to create the rule first and then edit it to get to the choice between "name is" and "payee contains".

    It used to be a lot more convenient, but the "smarter than us mere users" Developers of Quicken, Inc changed this a few years back.
