Quicken doesn't work with Wealthscape Investors?
Last 2 years after trying to add a new account following a rollover to a Roth IRA, Quicken didn't recognize new account and wouldn't download transactions. Now I've had to change user ID and PW and Quicken can't handle it. 4 accounts and Quicken can't download transactions from any of them. Far too many hours on support with Quicken. Created a case with NY Life for Wealthscape and NFS and they say problem is with Quicken, who can't resolve issue.

Do you have a lot of transaction activity in your Roth IRA account? If not, you might find it faster and less stressful to simply enter your transactions manually. Share prices update automatically, so it's just entering the transactions.
For my and my wife's retirement accounts, there's not a lot of buy/sell activity most months, so all I'm entering is reinvested dividends and capital gains when they occur monthly, quarterly or biannually, and the ocassional buy and sell. It takes me very little time; I do it when checking my monthly or quarterly brokerage statements against my Quicken portfolio. And I don't have to worry about logins, passwords, two-factor authentication, and the host of possible connectivity problems between Quicken, Intuit and my brokerages.
If you doa lot of transactions on your retirement accounts, you may not want to adopt this practice and keep trying to get the automated downloads to work; if you don't do a lot of transactions in these accounts, you may find it freeing to leave the connection errors behind. 😁

Tried that. My time is worth way too much to try to enter transactions for 4 accounts manually. Just found out after another 1+ hours with Quicken phone support that the server wealthscapeinvestor.com which comes up in Quicken, is not what my computer looks for when I type in wealthscapeinvestor.com. When I hit enter, it changes to mystreetscape.com-etc. Apparently that is causing a problem for Quicken. I'm not enough of a computer geek to know how all of this works, so I'll have to count on the so called experts.0

Quicken quite often uses a different URL to connect to financial institutions' web sites than the ones we use as consumers on the front end. Only Quicken (actually their service provider, Intuit) can fix that.
You must have a lot of transactions in your retirement accounts. The one hour you spent on the phone with Quicken Support would have covered about 6 months of entering transactions manually for me. 😉
