Downloaded transactions all shown as reconcilled

For the past month or so, all transactions downloaded from Fidelity are shown as reconcilled and there is no payee shown though the amounts are correct.

Spending for the month is shown as zero.

I've tried restoring the latest backup, but nothing changed.

    What kind of account is it?

    Also, go to Edit > Preferences > Downloaded Transactions > make sure the boxes for Automatically add to banking registers and Automatically add to investment transactions lists are not checked.

    Tried this without success. Still no payee on downloaded transactions and the monthly spending is still shown as zero. I've realized that over the past year I have spent many more hours trying to get Quicken to work correctly than I using it for financial management. After 20 years, I am done with Quicken. It's just not worth the hassle.
