How to see annual transactions in the register

It only lists 1/2 year of payment transactions. Tried re-downloading the software, and several suggested fixes. Wells Fargo states that I do not have to have a Direct Connection login. All transactions for the year are autoloaded (very limited manual entries). The software transactions were not downloaded for 3 months while away from home
