Can't use foreign credit card to renew membership

I have been using Quicken Deluxe for a few years. I live in Seoul, Korea. This year (2023), I cannot renew my subscription since my credit card (Korean) is not accepted. Any thoughts?

    Try using your credit card through PayPal?

    Note that you may also need to supply a US address to activate Quicken.

    What some non-USA/non-Canada customers have had to do when trying to place their order, as well, is to use a VPN service and select a server located in the USA.
