Why can't I link CitiBank?
I've been trying for the past couple of hours to link my CitiBank to my Quicken. I'm new to Quicken. I keep getting the error Care Code: FDP-102. Every. Single. Time. I've spoken with Quicken and CitiBank and nothing has changed. One keeps saying to speak to the other and back and forth. One said it maybe the 2-step authorization. But its been impossible to turn off the 2 step. I was told to un enable 2 step then wait 24 hours.

We do currently have an ongoing active alert regarding CitiBank users receiving an FDP-102 error message when attempting to add or update their accounts. You may follow this link to access that alert where you may bookmark it in order to remain up to date on any new information, ETAs, or resolutions that may occur.

Are you trying to activate Citi Checking, Savings accounts or Credit cards?
For Citi Credit cards please try "Citi Cards" as the financial institution name.
