My 2016 Quicken has been crashing and causing lots of problems.

The ability to download into Q2016 was supposed to have ended in 2019. If you've been downloading into Q2016 after that, you got lucky
The ability to download has always expired after 3 years or so. Since 2018 Quicken has been sold as a "subscription" where you must renew after 1 or 2 years.
You can purchase a current subscription, continue using your 2016 data file, and start downloading again. If you allow your Deluxe or above subscription to expire you can still access your data and operate offline but you will see a large message reminding you to renew.

Otherwise, if you purchase a current subscription, tech support from Quicken by phone or chat is included.
My 2016 vision hasn't been working correctly now for about three weeks. First, it wouldn't download my credit card info into my program.
I reloaded the credit card company, and still, it doesn't download the info, but today it downloaded the credit purchases into my checking account, not my credit card account, Chase.
I tried to delete the incorrect entry, but I wouldn't delete the incorrect amount.
Is there a local tech who works on Quicken here in [Removed- Personal Information]
I used Quicken for years, and there was never a problem, but lately, it has.
