Is there any plans to properly support the new Honda Financial web site and when entering email and passwords, the email field is too short.
How long is your email address and what's the maximum field length allowed?

For online billers please see if you can manage (remove and re-add or repair) the online biller, to see if their profile has already been updated.

Not every database administrator configures their systems to maximum length user IDs or email addresses, to limit wasted disk space that will nearly never be used to its full extent.
So, how many characters have you been able to enter before the field fills up? Have you contacted Honda Financial yet, to discuss the situation with them?
As far as their new website is concerned, have you looked at this yet?
