Converting Quicken 2009 to Subscription Quicken - stuck on error. (Edit)

As per, there are instructions as to converting QW2009 to a new Subscription QW (not very detailed) via an intermediate QW2013.
It is a 2-step process, and I am very worried that I get a bad data file at the end, which Quicken will not help me with.
I started Step 1 and progressed to item 6 where I got stuck!
The error stated: "we cannot connect to the server at
If you entered the right address (what address?) you can:
. Try again later.
. Check your network connection.
. Check that Firefox has permission to access the web (you might be connected, but
behind a firewall)
While I tried to figure out what to do next, QW2013 timed out and disappeared?
I now can't look at any of my data, since quicken uninstalls the previous QW2009!!!
Any Help???
