Is there a problem with Capital One uploads and balancing?

All transactions with Capital One are not uploading and I've had to adjust my balance for the past 2 months. My system also says my last download was March 14 2023 but I download everyday (today is April 20 2023). I am pulling up the statements daily now to make sure everything is in my transaction register. I am downloading with the one step update. Is there a fix for this?

    When you do OSU, does the OSU Summary show the correct download date/time on the right side?

    Then on the left side of the OSU Summary will be listed the Financial Insitutions with blue underlined links showing the number of accounts under each FI name. Click on the blue link under Cap One. Does it show that the account was updated on the same date as is shown on the right?
