Automatic Categorization on transaction download

I am trying to turn off automatic categorization during download (MAC version). I found the following instructions in a support article. However, I don't have the Edit menu > Preferences > Downloaded transaction tab/menu in my version. This could be a Windows/Mac thing, but I do have the Edit Menu > Preferences screen (just missing the Downloaded transaction menu/button).

I have checked the Payees and Rules menu and I have no rules established.

To turn off automatic categorization:

Choose Edit menu > Preferences.
Click Downloaded transactions.
Under During transaction download, clear the Automatically categorize transactions checkbox.

In Quicken Mac, go to Settings > Connected Services and uncheck the box for "Automatically improve the quality of downloaded payee names and categories".
