Credit Card accounts balances are reversed

Question

Since the last updte some of our crecit card accounts ballances are going in reverse. So, when a charge is made, the ballance goes down and when a payment is made the ballance goes up.  The opposite way it should show.

What has happend and how do we fix it?

I was hoping it was something like this, an indvertent payment which pushed the account balance positive. Glad you got it resolved!

No,, somewhere along the line when Quicken updated, it duplicated payments taking the account  way way into the possitive, thus looking like it was reversed.  Once I removed the duplicate payments, it corrected the issue.

Is the balance in the credit card account negative — red numbers with a minus sign? Or positive — black numbers?
