American Express- Morgan Stanley Blue Card

I cannot authorize this account when trying to add it American Express help says the issue is with Quicken

    I looked all over the fidir.txt file and could find absolutely no reference to any combination of American Express, Morgan Stanley, Blue Card, etc. so I'd say you can't connect this card for downloading if you can't use the normal American Express credit card method. I did find a few "other company branded" American Express cards card listings, (e.g., Delta), so I don't know if "the issue is with Quicken" or not.
