Can no loner download transactions via One-Step Update

Recently, I have observed that Quicken Premier, Version R48.15 has stopped downloading transactions from my investment accounts (Fidelity, TD Ameritrade, and John Hancock). The last downloaded transactions were in Sep 2022. I am running Win 11 Pro.

Previously, when the program was working correctly and I downloaded transactions, the investment register would have displayed two tabs at the bottom of the screen listing the downloaded transactions (see below)

Downloaded Transactions (xxx)

Bill and Income Reminders (xxx)

Since the problem began, I have observed that these two tabs no longer show on the investment registers when I attempt to download transactions.

I also went to “Online Services” of each investment account to reset the account. Also validated and repaired data file. No success in downloading transactions!

How do I fix this? Thanks.

    Please do HELP, About About Quicken. What shows as your "Membership Valid Thru" date?

    The Bill and Income Reminders tab and the Downloaded Transactions tab do not show at the bottom of
    the register if the account has been set to "automatically accept downloaded transactions into your register".
    (Edit / Preferences / Downloaded transactions /Automatically add to banking registers )
