Error OL-362-A

Hi…I have just recently started getting the error on investment accounts. I have deactivated the Online Services on all the investment accounts. I am currently able to only setup one investment for Online Services. One added and Quicken is able to download ok. As soon as I add a second one, the first one stops working.

Any ideas what is causing this issue and how to resolve it?

    Which investment company?

Fidelity, TD Ameritrade, T. Rowe Price. Any of them will work if only one of the accounts is setup for online services. Once a second account is setup; the first one fails.

Have you tried deactivating all of the Fidelity Investment accounts and then doing Add Account? That should then download data for all of your Fidelity accounts at once which you should then be able to Link to the accounts you have set up in Quicken.

If that works, try doing the same with TD Ameritrade and then with T Rowe Price.

Yes I have tried deactivating all of the investment accounts. Let's say I activate online services for TD Ameritrade; it works ok. Then I add T. Rowe Price. The next update pulls in T. Rowe Price data but then TD Ameritrade fails.

Do you have any hidden accounts? Go to Tools > Account List > check the box for "Show hidden accounts". Do any of these investment accounts also show up as hidden in Account List?

Thanks for the suggestion. I found a hidden account and have fixed it. However I'm still having the same issue. I setup fidelity; it pulls in the data. Then I add T.Rowe Price; Fidelity then fails and T.Rowe Price works.

I have been trying to figure out how to troubleshoot this issue but I keep coming up with no ideas. If you are still experiencing this issue it might be time to contact Quicken Support via Phone or Chat: https://www.quicken.com/support/quicken-support-options .
