    I'm still having problems. It did not work for me. I get the same error message when I do a one step update.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. Which troubleshooting steps have you already tried? Is this for a Citi Credit Card or a different type of Citi account? Are you getting the CC-502 or a different error? If its a different error, what is the error message and/or error code?

    Started out with error stating can't communicate with server try later, called support assigned case 10147028. Did not resolve problem, made it worse, now has affected all in One Step update. Going to call for support again.
