Adding a New Chase Credit Card to Quicken

I have 13 credit cards between my wife and myself that have been downloading data without any problem. I can't add a new card using the Quicken/Chase online process. I have deactivated online services from all accounts to start over but I still can't get the new one added to Quicken. Any idea's what to do next? The new card as well as the others all show active on the Chase website.

    Is the new account activated on the Chase website for downloading into Quicken?
