I have 13 credit cards between my wife and myself that have been downloading data without any problem. I can't add a new card using the Quicken/Chase online process. I have deactivated online services from all accounts to start over but I still can't get the new one added to Quicken. Any idea's what to do next? The new card as well as the others all show active on the Chase website.
