Two issues with quicken on windows 10

I am have two issues that may be related that just occurred yesterday. The first is that when I perform a "one step update" to update my accounts, my USAA account asks me for a password. I enter my account password and a box pops up asking for my password and nothing occurs. It is almost like a loop.
The second issue is as I was trying again tonight to research the issue mu antivirus ave me the message below. Any ideas of how to resolve this would be very helpful.

Quicken apparently uses it's own web browser - the CEF Subprocess - to access its Help files.
I got that same warning today on my Win11 computer, for some reason. I simply closed the warning and got into the Help files. It hasn't reappeared in subsequent attempts to use the Help files. Not sure if that's in any way related to your downloading issue.
