Unable to pay subscription since expiry

Hi,

I am now unable to pay the subscription fee to renew - every time after I entered my credit card details or to go through Paypal, the order does not proceed.

Please help.

    I'm, sorry, but you need to call Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help. They are the only ones authorized to resolve subscription - related issues. Users at the Quicken Community can't do that for you.

    just curious - are you located in the US ?

    does your credit card info / address / zipcode have anything "unusual"
