Quicken should prompt the user before marking an online account deleted

For whatever reason, Quicken gets an error from Express Web Connect/Express Web Connect + and treats that error as that the account has been deleted. This is most likely wrong and is only some kind of intermittent error, but in any case, Quicken should never mark an online account as deleted without first prompting the user to verify that that account actually has been deleted.
