same issue - last download that worked with Direct Connect was in March, Please advise as to fix???

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. Are you getting any error messages and/or codes when you try to download, or does One Step Update claim everything was successful?
