Updates failing from First Tech since 11 May 2023... My wife and I have separate logons... and they both work logging in on the website... so there is no "wrong login" or "wrong password". Both of our accounts get OL-301-A when we try to do the update. I emailed and got a reply from first tech... who said they had no known outage and to "contact quicken". When I tried to reset one of my accounts... it said "Account Reset FAILED","Quicken could not complete the account reset".

It was not working for me last week, but worked again just now.
