Mondo Patch solved my account transaction update issue - now on R49.29

I had been unable to import new transactions. Quicken reported that it was on R47.15 and that it was the latest available vesion.

The friendly support agent had me go to their support page and then search for "mondo patch." Once it installed all my downloaded transactions in 4 different Citibank accounts suddenly appeared!! Quicken was updated to R49.29.

Why was the software not identifying updates? Dunno.

We agreed not to talk about one-step update not working, because that's not my immediate problem and the agent didn't seem to want to talk about it.

I'm happy. How often can I say that in these forums?

Been using Quicken (and TurboTax) since DOS days in 1990s. Now using Quicken subscription on Windows.

    However, I am still sore about the software bug here. I have wasted a lot of time as a result.

    I got a follow up survey from Quicken and in a comments section I unloaded about the root cause being a software bug.

    I would encourage everyone to download this Mondo Patch to see if it resolves your issues. And the post a comment in this forum.
