Every time I try the add the account, it prompts for username and password. After entering my credentials, the window just closes without adding the account and without error. This has been happening for over 1 year. I've created a brand new Quicken file and it is still occurring.

Do your ESPP accounts support downloads into Quicken? Not all plans using Fidelity NetBenefits (and other such financial institutions) support downloading into Quicken. Your plan administrator or NetBenefits contact person should be able to tell you.
