Minor bug, always see this screen (Q Mac)

I have quicken set to show update summary "only if there are errors", but it shows me to it every time (see screenshot below). Seems to be a bug.

I also have it set to only show if errors, and I do not see it pop up every time. Try this: turn it on to show every time, do an update, then change the setting back to errors only and do another update. See if toggling the setting resets it.
