Why is Quicken producing double entrees?

Quick is producing double entrees. Not always but often. One will show reconciled when it is not. It will not let me delete them until after the due date has passed. Today is 5/18 and these are there now.

    Have you recently changed download methods? Say from Direct Connect to some other method? That can confuse your card company cause it to repeat a sent txn.

    Not the I am aware of. Nothing has been changed in months if not years.
