Using Quicken on Second Computer

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
When starting Quicken on my laptop (2nd machine) after transferring the data file from my desktop computer (1st machine), I get a message saying that my membership has expired and needs to be renewed. Also, there is a window that pops up asking me to input my Quicken ID password, but the pop-up window is blank (see attachment). My membership is in good standing; no 'renew membership' pops up when using Quicken on my desktop. Any suggestions? Many Thanks.

In Quicken, on the laptop, do Edit→Preference→Quicken Id and do log in as different user using your Quicken Id to update the registration information.
