Lost all Transactions on Credit Card Account Ledger [Edited]

Lost all transactions on myCredit card account ledger. Reestablished account, logged on for download of last 3 years. Download failed. How can I retrieve lost download data?

I take it "Donovan Phillips" is your name and not the credit card. Is this correct?

If so, which credit card? Who issues it?

Do you have a backup file from before this issue occurred? That is likely the easiest and fastest way to get that data back.

If not, it is highly unlikely that you will be able to download 3 yrs of data. Most credit card companies download only about 3 months of data but others will go back further. If they allow manual downloads of data going back that far you might be able to do that. If you tell me the name of the credit card and who the issuer is it might give some insight into what your options might be.
