Error 1723 Lifetime Planner change assumptions

I get this error number and a dll require for this install complete could not be run, contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action quickenCustomerAction_Uninstall c:\program files(x86\quicken\qcustomactionall.dll

On version R49.29, build 27.1.49.29. Windows 11 Home.

I tried uninstalling, but get same error message.

You might need to reinstall Quicken. Here's a reference to a similar error 1723 (but not in context of LTP):

Besure to backup before uninstall / reinstall.
