My last "online balance" won't update
For my credit cards, I download the transactions from the financial institutions individually (for a variety of reasons). Then I reconcile using the online balance. Generally, this works great. EXCEPT right now one of the account's online balance is stuck on the amount from May 6th and so I can't reconcile the account.
I have a feeling I need to do something in my accounts list, deactivate and reactivate, etc but would prefer guidance first.

What bank? What's your connection type to the bank? Immediately under the acct name, in the register, what shows as the "last download"?
