How can I download current dividend rates for my holdings and Watch List?

You can get a brief description of each column by hovering over the column name. For fields that are not in the current view, click on Customize then click on the name in the Available Columns list.

Annual Dividend is the total dividends per share in the past 12 months
Dividend is dividend amount per share for the most recent dividend
The Estimated Income column is based on the user entered income in dollars per share times the number of shares on the Portfolio As of date. To enter the income for a security, click on the security name to see its Security Details page. Then click on Edit Details then More info.

If other quote information is downloading, you can enable one or more of the following columns in an Investing > Portfolio view

Dividend
Dividend date
Dividend yield

Quicken's quote provider supplies this data for most but not all publicly traded securities.
