Please help - Transaction Password Required

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
I bought a new laptop and installed a new version of Quicken. i moved my files from my old laptop to my new one. Every time i try to enter a new transaction i get a "Transaction password required" message. I.ve spent hours trying to figure out what to do
