I have three CC accounts that show in the account list with 'Quicken is unable to update your account'. I have gone through the re-adding process and the accounts are all approved by Chase. In addition transactions are being downloaded. Yet the message remains.

Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window (the complete OSU Summary view) showing the issue, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?
