NetXInvestor (Pershing)
not connecting and no error code showing up.
I can log in with the credentials on the web version - but Quicken cannot connect.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though we apologize that you are experiencing this.
This is a known issue, and unfortunately, the last update we received from the financial institution —which can also be reviewed in this Community Alert— is that they no longer support Online Connectivity for Quicken.

The information in that Community Post is not correct. NetXInvestor is offered by Pershing LLC - part of Bank of NY.
Pershing supports 1,000s of individual broker dealers. Perhaps one of those individual broker dealers decided to discontinue Quicken downloads for customers of that specific broker dealer - however that has no effect on customers the other 1000s of broker dealers which continue to support Quicken downloads.
Please have this information corrected. NetXInvestor does in fact continue to support Quicken downloads.
