Can't find a way to rollover monthly budget surplus.

Hello,

I have looked up the directions to set my budget line surplus to rollover into the next month. But the instructions don't match what is on my screen. The directions say to click the intertwined arrows next to a budget line, but I don't have that button.

    Are you using "Quicken on the web" or the desktop application? You have posted in the Web section of this forum.

    If desktop, what edition - Starter, Deluxe, Premier, etc? Go to Help > About Quicken to find this out.

    I think the budget functions are limited in the Web app and Starter.
