How do I enter daily sales with different taxes.

Are you using the Quicken Home & Business product?

I assume that the "taxes" in question are sales taxes?

Do you really have a situation where different sales use different tax rates, or is it a simpler (and more common) situation that some sales are taxable and others have to sales taxes assessed?

(I don't use the Home & Business product so I can't comment on the "mechanics" of entering sales taxes in Quicken, but I'm sure somebody here can do that so I'm just soliciting information.)

What level of detail do you want in those "daily sales"? Because H&B doesn't have an inventory function.

the Quicken HB product may not be geared to your specific kind of retail sales … with capturing different taxes and their subsequent tax reporting
