Chase Visa Stopped Downloading Transactions in Quicken

Hello,
The last transaction downloaded from Chase Visa was on 5/26/2023. My Chase Visa account shows many transactions since then which should have been downloaded by now. Quicken is using Express Web Connect. Is this a known issue?

    One possible solution is to do Edit→Preferences→Quicken Id→Log in as different user

    Splasher, I'm using the Windows version of the Quicken program on my PC. All my other Express Web Connect accounts are getting transactions. It's only Chase Visa that is no longer downloading. There are no error messages when I request to update transactions.

    Fine, don't try to see if it will fix your issue, that is your choice, but you'll never know if you don't try.

    The problem seems to be that Chase ignored the Express Web Connect handshake and no error indication was returned to Quicken. I used the Edit Account Details to deactivate the connection, then reestablished it. The expected transactions were immediately downloaded.
