Unable to verify account...

I added a new savings account to Quicken. Online Services shows the account is set up for transaction download. Automatic entry is: On.
When I download transactions, I get the message "Quicken is currently unable to verify the financial institution information for this download."
What do I need to do to allow my transactions to be downloaded?

    Do you have other accts at this bank set up to use Web Connect?

    Because, when I'm looking in FIDIR.TXT for Barclays Online, it's not apparent that they offer Web Connect … only Express Web Connect which is part of One Step Update.

    What's the name of the bank?

    What name shows as the "Financial Institution" when you do TOOLS, Account List … and click EDIT adjacent to the account name?

    The bank is Barclays Online Banking. Financial institution is Barclays Online.

    I want to download transactions manually. I don't want to use One Step Update. I want to use Web Connect. I have this same setup for all my other accounts. In the Account List under the column Transaction Download, all my accounts say "Yes (improve connection) except the new account, which says "Not Available"

    This is my only account at this bank. I'll check out Express Web Connect or I'll enter transactions and clearing/reconciling manually.
