How to enable an account for Check Pay

We have been using Check Pay for some time successfully. It has stopped working. We notice that Quick Pay is enabled for our checking account, but Check Pay in not enabled.
When we click on Enable.....we get "could not set up an account". It was enabled for some time. Not sure what happened. Maybe I should just disable and re enable. but, it won't let me disable because there are payments pending.

If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
