Unable to add Navy Federal Credit Union Accounts

Grettings Quicken Support,

I am unable to add Navy Federal Credit Union Accounts. I get past the 2FA and then I get an error stating "Sorry. We encountered an error. (It's not your fault.)" I have tried adding these accounts in a "New" quicken file and I still get the same error. I have been getting this error for a while, dont have the exact start date, but its been giving me this error for a few weeks now.

    AFAIK, this error is equivalent to the often reported CC-501 error.
    I'm afraid you will have to call Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it. This problem may have to be escalated to the next higher support level.
