Citibank ebill not displaying


Up until a few months ago, my citibank credit card displayed the balance due each month and had pdfs of the bills. I got a notice that something was changing with it and it would automatically sync with the password used for the account register. That never happened. I tried to add the ebill and it says 'no eligible account can be linked'. This is just a credit card and has been linked before.

I'm using Direct Connect. I've disconnected and reconnected the account, but it's still not listing as an ebill. Any ideas?
