Downloaded transactions not matching up

Just in the past few days, most of my downloaded transactions have not been matching up. This is happening with various accounts.

Also, Quicken Chat support does not seem to be working today, although they are supposed to be available 24/7. It says it is a 5 minute wait, but when I click on Chat, it does nothing

    Make sure that pop-ups are not blocked in your browser for Help/Chat to work.
