Why is Quicken blocking account access when I just renewed & got confirmation email.


I just renewed my Quicken online (Mac) account and got confirmation email of my purchase from Quicken. When I try to open my account the account window tells me my account has expired and blocks access and invites me to pay again to renew the account.
When I try getting in to my account a different way Quicken says I need an access code and that the access code is in my confirmation email. There is no access code in my confirmation email.
