Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union not updating in quicken when I do one step update

Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union Lowell MA not downloading or updating in Quicken when I do a one-step update or just updating that one bank Windows 11 OS, all have been updated to the latest versions of the operating system and on Quicken? The bank says it's a problem at your end with Quicken. There has been nothing but problems since you went to the new express web connect what's going on? Citi Band won't update, Chase bank won't, Discoved won't even connect says error CC501 for Discover Quicken needs to get all these problems fixed or start issuing refunds or extending our subscriptions for a free year this is hard to keep up with, and keep track what the heck is going on???

    It's the banks … NOT Q, that's making these connection changes.

    The Bank is doing another system update this weekend the did a complete system change a month or so ago was working fine 2 weeks ago
