why is quicken unable to fix add acount to discover bank?


the update beford last caused this issue. i lost access to three acounts because of it. i was able to reestablish connection to two of them but still unable to add account for discover bank. multiple reports have been made for this issue with no resolve and no promise date to fix. from the looks of all of the other types of complaints from users this program is failing to properly support it. money paid and no support.
