Balances - Online and Ending Different

Why do the on-line and ending balances not agree? What do I look for in the register?

    Online balance is what the bank knows. No future dated transactions, or txn that are so recent that they haven't reached the bank, are included.

    Ending Balance includes everything you've recorded
