I am a Canadian user and the payment is asking for a zip code

I am trying to enter my credit card information and it is asking for a zip code, when I have a postal code. I have tried to enter the first 5 digits of my postal code followed by 00, as per the help but this does not work. Any ideas?

    You can use any USA zip code. (Yes, that is odd but it is what it is.) You can use Quicken's zip code….94025….or select any other one if you wish.

    are you trying to purchase or renew Quicken ?
    Are you wanting the Canada version ?
    Are you in the Canada area of the Quicken website ?
