I tried to manually download entries and the file wasn't excepted by quicken.

    Old Glory Bank needs to sign a contract with Q/Intuit for this to happen. OGB's choice …not Q's

    That's a pretty cavalier response. "Sign a contract?" You make that sound like going to the store for tuna. What is the contract? What does it demand? So maybe it's just as likely that Quicken is making untenable demands as it is OGB just needs to sign a contract. People forget that contracts are just that contracts. And now a days they are often unilateral and onerous, so I'll not be laying this solely at the feet of OGB. On the other hand, it could be a million other things.
