not downloading transactions

I've deactivated and reset my credit cards (multiple banks) multiple times now. No transactions past 6/22 will download. But I'm not getting any error messages. I've also tried validating the file. What else can I do?

    At the top of your account registers, just beneath the account name, does it show the last download date/time and the connection method (Direct Connect, Express Web Connect or Express Web Connect+) similar to what is highlighted in yellow this picture?:

    yesterday's date is there for some accounts, but not the ones I've just unsuccessfully tried to reconnect multiple times.
